University Tees is a unique company that provides custom screen-printing, embroidery, and promotional products. A majority of our focus is on college campuses, serving student organizations and the local community.
By offering organizations an inexpensive, easy way to get custom apparel, customers are relieved that we are able to serve them. Our campus managers make the process of ordering clothing fun and easy. In addition to our collegiate clients, we also serve organizations of all shapes and sizes, including: non-profit groups, corporate clients, as well as many others.
We set ourselves apart from the local competition because we make the whole process of ordering clothing so much easier - you never have to leave your home!
HISTORY
After receiving terrible customer service and paying way too much for their custom printed t-shirts from the local shop in Oxford, Oh., Nick Dadas and Joe Haddad decided to start their own company and do things the right way. What was created is a company called University Tees, founded in 2003 out of a dorm room in the south quad at Miami University.
The idea was to create a custom apparel and promotional product company that made it easy for students and faculty to do business with. Since Nick and Joe were students at the time, they hired local students to help with graphic design and sales, which is the model still employed to this very day. The reason University Tees believes in this student run business is to help our clients work around hectic schedules, meet at convenient places, while also being able to relate to current design trends.

Nick Dadas
President
Nick Dadas was the neighborhood kid who knocked on your door during snow days, wondering if you would let him shovel your driveway for $10, and the same kid who came knocking two months later with a lawnmower and a can of gas. This entrepreneurial spirit led him to a degree in Marketing and Entrepreneurship from Miami University in 2004. During his junior year, Nick started the company, and currently acts as President, providing general direction to our diverse team. When Nick is out of the office, he can be found on the golf course, riding a wakeboard or mountain bike, or hanging out with his 1.5 yr. old Vizsla. Nick's personal motto is that you get out what you put in...whether it be in life, business or sports. "Don't wait for the ship to come in, row out to meet it."
Joe Haddad
Vice President
Joe graduated from Miami University in 2004 with a business degree, and then went on to get his Master's of Accountancy in 2005. After graduation, Joe became a Certified Public Accountant, and worked with the accounting firm, Ernst & Young for a year. After a year of number crunching, he decided it was time to join the University Tees team once again. His position enables him to oversee the Campus Manager program and recruiting, as well as help guide the organization in the right direction. When he is not working, he enjoys traveling the world, running, working out, tennis, basketball, wakeboarding, and spending time with his close friends and family.
Danny Trizio
Operations Director
Working as the Operations Supervisor at University Tees, Danny Trizio is a real asset to all facets of the company, including: purchasing, product knowledge, and drinking hot tea. Danny graduated from The Ohio State University in June of 2005 earning his BA in Political Science, with a minor in Education. Although this might seem great on paper, Danny knows absolutely nothing about either as a discussible topic. During Danny's downtime he can be found moonlighting as the General Manager of Rick's Cafe. Danny has led his life living by a quote he once heard from the movie Major League, "Forget about the curve ball Ricky, give him the heater." - Lou Brown
Kyle Hawkins
Regional Manager (not assistant to the)
Born on February 29th, 1984, Kyle Hawkins is the youngest member of the University Tees team at the tender young age of 6. He serves double duty as a Regional Manager and a campus recruiter finding new young talent to work for the University Tees team. Kyle graduated from DePauw University with a B.A. in history in 2007. Kyle is widely acclaimed, well maybe just self-proclaimed, as the University Tees Greek Guru. He loves fraternities so much he even wrote his senior history thesis on the DePauw Greek system. Kyle has two mantras he lives by, "Work hard, play hard" and "You shut your mouth when you're talking to me!"
Peter Posen
Czar of Art
After Pete graduated Magna Cum Laude from the University of A Huge Bench Press in 2004, he went on to winning 42 windsurfing titles. Some of those include: The 2005 Honda Civic "Get Your Surf On" Classic Overall Winner, The 2006 SoCal Windsurfers Invitational Best Looking Award, and The 2007 Takizomi Lee Chung "Lets Get Wet" Showdown Overall Winner. In June 2007, Pete's windsurfing career collapsed after he severed a major nerve in his right foot in a freak toenail clipping accident - his rides haven't been the same, since. Pete is thrice divorced. He is officially too legit to quit. He is currently trying to grow a mustache. Pete likes fast cars and fast women, that's why his friends call him "The Cruiser".
Rafael Ancona
Sales
Rafael graduated from Bowling Green and majored in supply chain management. His role at University Tees is primarily sales, but is often required to fetch Nick's coffee for fear of being fired. If you're wondering, Nick likes his coffee with cream and sugar. Rafael enjoys hockey, guitar and playing pranks on his co-workers. He's serious - just ask Joe what happens when you leave your cell phone unattended for 15 minutes.
