Where We're Hiring
Straight From the Mouth
If so, then we are looking for you! We want a college student who is looking for the best marketing and sales experience you can find while still in school. A University Tees campus manager must have a strong entrepreneurial spirit and a dependable work ethic. You need to be enthusiastic, well-connected and enjoy meeting new people on campus. Being in tune with the events on your campus and the organizations running them is crucial to succeeding as a campus manager. If this doesn't sound like your cup of tea, switch to coffee and stop reading this page. We heard the dining hall is hiring.
University Tees campus managers will network with student organizations, create and implement marketing campaigns, and facilitate sales on campus. You will hold meetings, distribute marketing materials, and create t-shirts for thousands of happy students. You will build strong relationships with student groups and reach out to prospective customers on campus. Being a University Tees campus manager is way more than a typical campus job; it will be the icing on your college cake.
The campus manager position technically starts the school year beginning in the fall. However, once hired, a campus manager has the option to begin working immediately this year after completing an online training course. There will be a group training event during the summer with a few convenient dates to choose from. At the in person training, you will meet the founders of the company, get to know the entire team, see the t-shirt process from start to finish, and meet other campus managers from across the country.
Do you have a friend that you could imagine working together with to dominate your campus? If so, consider applying for this position as a team vs. as an individual. On many campuses throughout the country, we have xtremely successful teams with members that offset each others' connections on campus.
Sure you can, and the best part is you can earn college credits and a paycheck! Depending on the specific rules in your class or at your University, you may be able to use your position as a Campus Manager to also count as an internship or class credit. In your time with University Tees, you will gain knowledge and experience in marketing, sales, and entrepreneurship. Many of our current and former Campus Managers are taking advantage of this opportunity-and you may be able to do the same. If you are interested in learning more about specific ways that our current Campus Managers are earning college credits or internship experience, email us and we'll be glad to share some of our current examples.
