WHAT IS THE ORDER MINIMUM?

Our order minimum is only 12 pieces on both screen-printing and embroidery. Promotional products vary from category to category, please check online for more details.

WHAT EXTRA CHARGES ARE THERE BESIDES THE PRICE PER ITEM?

There are NO extra charges beyond the price per item. UPS Shipping, Screens, Set-up, and Artwork are always FREE at University Tees. The only possible charge is sales tax depending on your state, and if you are a not-for-profit organization.

WHAT IS THE TYPICAL TURNAROUND TIME?

Our typical turnaround time is 7 to 10 days from the day you give us preliminary artwork and sizes...this is not 7 to 10 business days, (Ex. Order on 10th, the product will be in your hand by the 20th).

WHO DO I CALL TO PLACE AN ORDER?

If you are on a college campus where we have a campus manager, please contact them to place an order. If you are on a campus where we don't have a manager, or you are not a college student, please contact our main office by calling our toll free number 800.460.8337 or requesting a quote online.

WHAT I HAVE A RUSH ORDER?

We can rush any order, and meet any crucial deadline you may have. Simply contact us to get your order underway. Any order needed faster than 7 days may be subject to a 15% rush charge and / or expedited shipping charges depending on your deadline. If you have a very tight deadline, we will do our best to meet it!

AFTER I RECEIVED MY ORDER, I DECIDED THAT I WANT A FEW MORE. HOW DOES THAT WORK?

We can always re-print a design, but all re-orders are treated as new orders, and the sales price for the re-order is based on the new quantity.

I HAVE STARTED A DESIGN, BUT IT'S NOT FINISHED. CAN YOU WORK WITH WHAT I HAVE CREATED?

Once you choose University Tees, just email your Campus Manager whatever you have and we can turn it into a print ready file. Our art department is free*. Whether your design is finished or just needs touching up, we can do it! We can also create a logo or identity for your organization if you do not already have one. A $20 fee applies to artwork that is created and not ordered for print.

CAN I PRINT PHOTOGRAPHS ON A SHIRT?

Yes. We can print photos that you have taken with a digital camera. In order to achieve a quality print, the photo must be a high resolution photo.  Photos that come from .jpg pics on the web do not work well. We can print a black and white photo on any color t shirt, but full color photos can only be printed on light color items such as white or light grey. Full color photos are printed using a process called "4 color process" and the pricing is based on 4 colors of print in that location.

I HAVE MY OWN SHIRTS, CAN YOU PRINT ON THEM?

In order to ensure printing accuracy and consistency, we only print on items that we supply.

CAN YOU DO SEWN ON LETTERS?

Yes, we commonly do sewn on letters for the Greek Community. We have every color and size available. It is commonly referred to as "Tackle Twill" or "Applique".

I WANT A BLACK T-SHIRT WITH WHITE PRINT ON THE FRONT AND BACK. DOES THAT COUNT AS 1 OR 2 COLORS OF PRINT?

This is considered 2 colors, since screen-printing is based on "per color per location". Since you have white print on the front AND back, this is considered a (2) color print.

DO YOU ACCEPT CREDIT CARDS?

Yes, we do accept credit cards as a form of payment.
