CAMPUS MANGER TESTIMONIALS

Jackie Cummins
Ohio University

"Working at University Tees has been nothing but an amazing experience. It has given me the opportunity to meet more people on campus and build relationships with their organizations. On top of that, my time working here has given me experience in sales that I could not have gained anywhere else. It allowed me to work hands on with customers, and get a first hand look at what a sales career would consist of. Numerous companies I interviewed with for internships as well as jobs were all very impressed by the experiences I received at University Tees."

Katie Farner
Ohio University

"I have been working for University Tees at the Ohio University campus for two years. I was originally interested in the position because I wanted to see if I enjoyed the sales industry. Although I did not know what to expect this position has benefited me in so many ways. Through my position as a sales representative I have gained real world experience while I was still in college. I have learned what it takes to succeed in the sales world, and how to deal with rejection. In addition, I have been able to build relationships with my customers and have a very impressive resume. Furthermore I have been able to make a sustainable amount of money without having to work excessive hours."

Chris Drover
Ohio Wesleyan
University

"As a double major in physics and chemistry, I wasn't sure if I would fit into the role of a salesperson. Being a University Tees Representative seemed like a job for the business and marketing majors at my school, but I decided to apply for a position anyways. The last year has shown me that I could not have been more mistaken. Being a successful Campus Manager is all about being enthusiastic and outgoing - our product literally sells itself. My daily life really hasn't changed much at all since becoming a campus manager - every college student out there already checks their email and meets with friends. The biggest difference is that when I go to the mailroom at the end of the week, I have a paycheck waiting for me!"

Justin Weiner
DePauw University

"My experience working for University Tees has been one of, if not the most valuable experience of my life. When I'm walking around campus and I see a shirt that I made, it puts a smile on my face. Through University Tees, I've improved my "people" skills, and most of all, my selling ability, both of which are essential qualities to have in the workplace. Lastly, the best part and biggest perk of the job is, I'm having fun, while making great money, and meeting tons of new people along the way."

Melanie Fraenkel
Marquette University

"This job is one of the best jobs I've ever had, and it's so easy to balance time between class and work. One of the most important things to me is academics, and I have to spend a lot of time on it every week, but University Tees allows me to have a job at the same time. It's important to do business on the customer's time, but I can work when it's convenient for me as well. The other great thing about this job is that it prepares any business student (or any student) for the real world. You learn a lot about the customer's needs - and that applies to any job. One other perk - it's a fun job...meeting with other students and selling something that you're interested in. Being a campus manager will prepare you for work beyond college, but also let you have a fun, convenient job."
