We are seeking our next operations team member to help our company grow and evolve. The key results areas that our new team member will be responsible for can be seen below. Please keep in mind that since our company is very entrepreneurial, these areas may change very rapidly, so being flexible and able to learn at a fast pace is essential. Additionally, expertise with the Microsoft Office suite (Outlook, Word & Excel) is a must, and familiarity with QuickBooks is preferred but not required. This role will also require clear and precise communication skills, as well as excellent organizational skills (ex. your socks are neatly folded in your sock drawer and they are organized by color).

Key Results Areas

• Order Processing
  • Ensuring that each order is reviewed thoroughly and processed so the client receives exactly what they requested, and that the order is delivered on or before the expected delivery date
  • Coordinating with our clothing suppliers, printing partners, and the sales staff
  • Coordinating with our licensing partners
• Reviewing/Auditing Bills from our Supply Chain Partners
• Internal Setup of our Campus Managers so they can quickly begin selling

Compensation/Hours

• Approximately 35-45 hours per week
• $25K - $33K annual compensation (combination of base pay, based on experience & qualifications + performance bonus)
• $150/year company sponsorship towards accomplishing something you have never done before
