As a Campus Manager, you will not only have the best opportunity in college, you'll have an advantage in getting the best job after college. In a competitive job market, employers are looking for candidates with a proven track record of success. A successful Campus Manager will graduate with a proven book of business and data on how many items they sold as well as dollar amounts you can use to demonstrate your value to prospective employers. Experience as a campus manager is connected but not limited to sales, marketing, entrepreneurship, and client management. Also, before you leave campus, you'll take an active role in recruiting your replacement adding the valuable skill of recruiting to your professional bio. University Tees also maintains a strong corporate partner program through which we facilitate contact between our graduating campus managers and companies we've identified as ideal destinations for our CM's.

"My only regret about working for University Tees is that I'm a senior and I can't do it next year! I've had a blast working with all kinds of people, building great sales and marketing experience, and making great money along the way. Also, the whole staff at University Tees is a really fun group to work with! Overall, it's a wonderful opportunity for anyone who is outgoing, motivated, and looking to expand their resume."

"Being a college student, it's always nice to have a little extra income, but working for University Tees has also given me experience that I will be able to use for the rest of my life. As a fashion design major, I know that networking is going to be very essential in my future. My job with University Tees requires me to go out on campus and put skills into practice that I am going to need in real world business environments. Also, the experience this job has given me thus far has greatly improved my social skills. As a campus manager, going out and meeting people at my college has allowed me to work with people on a more personable level, helping me not only on the job, but in all social situations, contributing to me being an all-around more approachable person. Most importantly, the experience that University Tees offers its campus managers is untouched by other jobs on campus. I have learned so much working as a campus manager, and I know all of this experience will benefit me immensely in my future career as a fashion designer."
"Working at University Tees has been nothing but an amazing experience. It has given me the opportunity to meet more people on campus and build relationships with their organizations. On top of that, my time working here has given me experience in sales that I could not have gained anywhere else. It allowed me to work hands on with customers, and get a first hand look at what a sales career would consist of. Numerous companies I interviewed with for internships as well as jobs were all very impressed by the experiences I received at University Tees."
"I have been working for University Tees at the Ohio University campus for two years. I was originally interested in the position because I wanted to see if I enjoyed the sales industry. Although I did not know what to expect this position has benefited me in so many ways. Through my position as a sales representative I have gained real world experience while I was still in college. I have learned what it takes to succeed in the sales world, and how to deal with rejection. In addition, I have been able to build relationships with my customers and have a very impressive resume. Furthermore I have been able to make a sustainable amount of money without having to work excessive hours."

"As a double major in physics and chemistry, I wasn't sure if I would fit into the role of a salesperson. Being a University Tees Representative seemed like a job for the business and marketing majors at my school, but I decided to apply for a position anyways. The last year has shown me that I could not have been more mistaken. Being a successful Campus Manager is all about being enthusiastic and outgoing - our product literally sells itself. My daily life really hasn't changed much at all since becoming a campus manager - every college student out there already checks their email and meets with friends. The biggest difference is that when I go to the mailroom at the end of the week, I have a paycheck waiting for me!"
"My experience working for University Tees has been one of, if not the most valuable experience of my life. When I'm walking around campus and I see a shirt that I made, it puts a smile on my face. Through University Tees, I've improved my "people" skills, and most of all, my selling ability, both of which are essential qualities to have in the workplace. Lastly, the best part and biggest perk of the job is, I'm having fun, while making great money, and meeting tons of new people along the way."
"This job is one of the best jobs I've ever had, and it's so easy to balance time between class and work. One of the most important things to me is academics, and I have to spend a lot of time on it every week, but University Tees allows me to have a job at the same time. It's important to do business on the customer's time, but I can work when it's convenient for me as well. The other great thing about this job is that it prepares any business student (or any student) for the real world. You learn a lot about the customer's needs - and that applies to any job. One other perk - it's a fun job...meeting with other students and selling something that you're interested in. Being a campus manager will prepare you for work beyond college, but also let you have a fun, convenient job."

"I highly recommend that college students become campus managers for University Tees because the job gives students an opportunity to prove themselves to be self-starters that can work independently to satisfy customers and deliver financial results. Since these qualities are highly-valued by college recruiters, a job with University Tees can pay dividends during the full-time job interviewing process. Furthermore, a campus manager's compensation exceeds the earnings offered by most competing part-job opportunities while providing a flexible work schedule that adapts to a student's busy life style. Finally, the job provides a great way to network with other people around campus. Overall, the combination of benefits provided by a job with University Tees is tough to beat!"
